The Itinerary:
- Your MR Travel Services tour guide will pick you up from your hotel, Luxor airport or Luxor train station on time. He will be holding a sign of MR Travel Services.
- Once you get in the car, your guide will talk to you about all the things on the way as well as other aspects of your cruise trip that will interest you.
- Cruise trip has so much to see, feel, eat and buy so if you have time and want to add more to your itinerary – just let us know what you are interested in and we will arrange it for you.
The Schedule:
Day 1: Departure from Luxor
- Visit the East Bank of Luxor to see Luxor temple, built by Amenhotep III from Nubian sandstone. You will also visit the other great monument of the East bank, Karnak temple, said to be the 2nd most visited site in Egypt after the pyramids of Giza.
- Overnight in Luxor
Meals included: Lunch and Dinner
Day 2: Luxor and Esna
- After breakfast on the boat, you will be met by your guide who will take you to visit the west bank, including the Valley of the Kings, Temple of Queen Hatshepsut, and the Colossi of Memnon. Then you will return to the boat and sail to Esna and cross the lock to Edfu. After the tour, a buffet is served on board for lunch and dinner.
- Overnight in Edfu
Meals included: Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner
Day 3: Edfu and Kom Ombo
- After breakfast, you will be met by your guide and who will accompany you to the Horus Temple. Then you will sail to Kom Ombo and visit Sobek the Crocodile God and the double temple of Haroeries. A buffet is provided on board for lunch and dinner.
- Overnight in Kom Ombo
- Meals included: Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner
Day 4: Aswan
- After breakfast, you will be met by your guide who will accompany you to visit the High Dam, the unfinished obelisk, and Philae Temple. In the afternoon, there will be a short trip around the islands. A buffet is provided on board for lunch and dinner.
- Overnight in Aswan
- Meals included: Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner
Day 5: Leisure and Departure
- After breakfast, you have the option of visiting the Abu Simbel temple, one of the most famous temples in Egypt for king Ramses the second. After you come back, you will be ready to check out the boat and the guide will be ready to drive you to your hotel, Aswan airport or Aswan train station for departure.
- Meals included: Breakfast
